We started with workshops, interviews, and on-site observations at centres, gaining firsthand insights to inform impactful features.
We identified the need for a class schedule and summary based on input from coaches and center owners. This clear view provided them with greater control over daily operations.
KidStrong classes are meticulously choreographed experiences. Our goal with The Coach App was to serve as an assistant, helping coaches stay on track and ensuring consistent delivery of classes.
Research showed the need for access to kids' details during classes. We added kid and parent information alongside progress tracking, allowing coaches to interact confidently with parents.
During a class there are key moments that need to be delivered consistently. To ensure the coach has full control we sync the Coach App with the TV.
This allows coaches to:
Check-in kids on TV.
Dynamically add awards to kids for the class Awards Ceremony.
One of the initial ideas I implemented was delivering class photos to parents. Coaches capture key moments in class, tag the photos with the correct kids, and they are then sent to the Parent App, where they populate the Moments timeline.
