I collaborated with the skilled Barclays Design Team to enhance the payments experience across their products. My role encompassed crafting high-fidelity prototypes, conducting user testing, and overseeing project delivery for the Barclays banking app, Pingit, and Barclays web products.

Managing debt

Creating a smarter finance calculator

I contributed to designing, prototyping, and testing a new financial calculation flow for the debt recovery team. This entailed breaking down the journey into more manageable steps, incorporating real human testimonials to provide assurance and confidence, and integrating a live calculator to give users an instant view of their finances as they progress.

Empowering kids

Safely onboarding kids

I assisted in designed, prototyping, and testing a flow for onboarding kids to Pingit. This allowed kids to select a stylish debit card and manage their finances, all under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
